We ship all over the world from Europe.
We conducted our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation times and transit mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).

B Kosmetics offers free shipping on all orders. Deliveries are made from Europe during business hours, from 9AM to 6PM.
Preparation and Shipping Times
Orders are shiped next business day of their reception. Transit time is depending on the destination:

- Rest of Europe: 3 - 7 working days
- USA: 6 - 10 working days
- Rest of the World: 6 - 15 working days
Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.

Warranty. Return of non-conforming products
Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive an unwanted item, an item with a factory defect or one in poor condition. B Kosmetics is responsible for this under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.
According to this regulation, the products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months after he became aware of it.
B Kosmetics is not responsible for negligent or improper use of the product purchased.
In case of defective product or a product in bad condition, we will proceed with its replacement. Our carrier will pick up the defective product. It is essential that you accompany it with a copy of the sales invoice.

B Kosmetics offers her customers the possibility of returning their orders. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
However, due to reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept the return of cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, soaps, gels, hairdressing products, etc.) unsealed.

Conditions for changes or refunds
The client has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, counting from the date of receipt of the article(s). For greater flexibility in the processing, we appreciate that the client follows the procedure detailed below, although it is not mandatory for the exercise of the rights contemplated in this section.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
Step 3: Once the items have been received, B Kosmetics will refund to you, the total amount paid minus the cost of return: collection cost and refund management to the warehouse. B Kosmetics reserves the right to compensation for the difference between the value of the items sent to the customer and returned by the latter in the following cases:
When the products have been used or manipulated improperly or negligently or not according to their characteristics by the Client.
When the products have been hit or damaged.
When the return by the customer is not made in the original box.
When the lack of conformity is due to wear and tear due to normal use.
If they modify, alter or replace some of the data of the ticket or proof of purchase.
If the serial number or identification of the product is handled.
If all the elements, accessories, cases or boxes are not returned with the product.
We ask the customer to take special care to return the eye glasses in perfect condition. Voucher Codes
The voucher codes are received through our sponsorship system or the marketing department of the company.
The voucher codes are transferable, but only one can be used per order.
The conditions to exchange the voucher codes will be sent or published, being some of the requirements: minimum purchase retrictions, a certain purchase period or a new customer's first purchase.
Promotions and discounts are not accumulative. Therefore, the voucher codes are not applicable to products labeled as "offers".
Draws
The competitions and draws organized by B Kosmetics are participation-free with no obligation to buy. The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone. The prize will neither be compatible with other promotions nor accumulated to recommended products.
Except in case of special events, the vouchers are valid for 3 months and the gift-checks for one year.
If the gift’s amount is lower than the order value, the customer will have to pay the difference by any of our payment methods.
The participants accept to receive our newsletter once they give us their e-mail address. B Kosmetics is entitled to postpone or cancel a competition assuming no responsibility due to problems caused during the course of the event.
The participation in the competition means the total acceptance of its rules which could be modified at any time by the inclusion of an additional clause by the event’s organizer, taking into account the settled conditions.
Any action of fraud or fraud attempt in order to receive benefits may suppose legal actions.
